Dr. Swanson and Amy both were extremely professional, informative, and eased my anxiety prior to, during, and after my root canal. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have high anxiety over any type of dental work.

Dr Swanson was excellent! I immediately impressed by his thorough care about my procedure, his communication and explanations before during and after my visit. I came in with anxiety and was surprised to find that this was so much easier than I could have ever imagined. My root canal procedure was easy, pain free, fast, and healed instantly. The assistant staff was also great!
Recently, Dr. Pflum recognized that a root canal wasn't necessary once he was preparing me for the procedure. He felt that my tooth was still viable and couldn't justify charging me for a procedure that I didn't need. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Pflum's honesty and integrity. Would definitely recommend Dr. Pflum for any of your Endodontist needs.
This experience was amazing. Dr Swanson and his staff are A+++ in all aspects. I was dreading this root canal after having had one a few years ago at another local endodontist with a poor experience. But Dr Swanson and his team allayed my fears quickly and told me it would be just like having a filling and I would feel no pain. Wow! They were so right! Pleasant experience, wonderful staff. I would recommend Dr. Pflum to friends and family. After a very painful root channel by another Endontics specialist recommended by my dentist I requested another and Apexendontics, Dr. Pflum, was recommended. Unlike the other local option, Dr. Pflum's procedure was truly painless and in my opinion superior overall.
My daughter, then 17, saw Dr. Pflum 1 year ago and was terrified of having a root canal. Her experience with him was great! It took less time than we thought it would, and was nearly painless. I myself went in for an evaluation a few weeks ago and was also very impressed. Dr. Pflum is a good listener, explains everything, gave us all the time we needed, and is very reassuring.
I have had multiple root canals performed by Dr. Swanson over the years because of a health condition that I have. His staff is always informative, polite and empathetic to the reason for my visit. Dr. Swanson is extremely talented. His procedures are fast, thorough, and painless. Even when administering novocain, you literally feel no pain, which I am always grateful for. Couldn't ask for a better experience considering the circumstance.
