I must commend you on your professionalism and care of my needs.
Dr. Frederick Norkin is gentle, concerned and very efficient. His staff is wonderful. I had a very successful procedure and I have no more issues. I had a perfect experience.
Cleaning hurt. More than I expected. And it still hurts a day later. Probing done. No discussion of how to fix the problems.
5 stars.....state of the art technology combined with excellent "beside manner". All staff were attentive and established a wonderful health care culture. Dr. Norkin and his assistant were focused yet warm, patient, and caring. I rarely write reviews but they certainly earned mine.
