Very professional & friendly staff...you will find that Dr. Norkin's treatment is very thorough, very detailed and very conservative in the sense that he takes all the time necessary to work out any issue before jumping directly into any treatment. Dr Norkin in definitely one of the best dentists in town! He explained each step as he was performing the procedure, which reassured me and made me very comfortable.
i was very concerned and nervous about having a gum graft. From the very first consultation, Dr. Vardar answered all my questions and I felt confident and safe in all the treatment procedures. I particularly liked her holistic approach in preparing for the gum graft surgery, and was relieved when she told me I could have it done without general anesthesia. Michelle, did a great job cleaning my teeth.
For this follow up visit, following my implant, I had to wait a half hour before seeing Dr Norkin. The visit lasted less than 10 minutes. Both the staff and Dr Norkin apologized for the long wait, but waiting a half hour for quick follow up appt is not very good. I hope this won't happen again.
