No problem. Monica is very good and your office is generally very friendly.
I found that the procedure went far smoother and less painful than I expected. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I have waited an average of 30 minutes for each of 3 appointments to date. In addition, Dr. Norkin told me that he would call me the night following the extraction at 8:00 p.m. I made certain that no one was on the telephone from 7 to 10 p.m. However, I never received a call from Dr. Norkin nor anyone on his behalf. In spite of these problems, I would still recommend Dr. Norkin to family or friends.
Everyone was professional and caring.
My overall experience with Dr. Ganeles and his staff was very positive. Their professionalism and knowledge allowed me to feel confident that I was in the right hands.
