Dr. Zfaz painlessly inserted a post in preparation for a molar implant. He was very thorough, professional, and precise. The bone graft he placed earlier had grown well into solid bone, making the post quite secure. The area healed well without any complications and I can now have a crown placed into position. I'm very pleased with the office staff, technicians, assistants, and hygienists who are happy and friendly while working quietly and efficiently.

There was no waiting in this streamlined, elegant office, with a machine for hot chocolate, latte and tea at hand. The people who work there are pleasant and efficient--a wonderful combination. And the dentist attending me, Dr. Jeffrey Ganeles is knowledgeable and gentle.

I found that the procedure went far smoother and less painful than I expected. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I have waited an average of 30 minutes for each of 3 appointments to date. In addition, Dr. Norkin told me that he would call me the night following the extraction at 8:00 p.m. I made certain that no one was on the telephone from 7 to 10 p.m. However, I never received a call from Dr. Norkin nor anyone on his behalf. In spite of these problems, I would still recommend Dr. Norkin to family or friends.
