I have a surgery with Dr Norkin , he is gentle, caring , and always making sure that you are comfortable, Georgia his assistant is fantastic. Very please that i decided to have my dental work done with doctor Norkin. Dental work never was easy for me always feel nervous and anxious to the max, with doctor Norkin and team I'm super relaxed. Thank you!!

Monica, the office director reached out to me and said going forward, office parties will be after hours and the parties going forward will have no interference when treating patients. In my book, it takes a big person to admit their mistakes so I give this practice a 5 star now for listening to patients and rectifying problems. Kudos to Monica!

If the office celebrates another doctor’s birthday with a band, I recommend doing it after hours, not while a patient is being treated. I was in for a hygienist appointment today, and the hygienist had to leave to sing happy birthday to a Doctor. Inappropriate in my opinion. My time is as valuable as the Doctors and office staff. Overall , competent staff and Doctors. Cold and unfriendly individuals when making payment.

My hygienist Jenae was great, very friendly and thorough. That is what I really like! Also very efficient. She made my next appointment right in her office.
