Everyone here is so kind and wonderful and nice and I’m beyond grateful to have such wonderful experiences here! From checking in to completion of the visit, everyone I’ve met go above and beyond, are kind, friendly and made me feel more than comfortable! Check in was swift, I barely had to wait 1 minute, and appointment was done within a half hour. The technician made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and welcome! The ladies in the front who checked us in were so nice and welcoming as well! The office was clean and decorated so nice & it smelled amazing! Thank You SJRA!!
The technicians for my ultrasound and mammogram were both very nice and competent. However, SJRA neglected to send reports to my dr's office. Also, when I tried to set up a new account with the portal, I was supposed to receive an email with access within 48 hrs, which I didn't. When I called regarding portal access, I was sent to an unmanned help line, left a message, and I did not receive a call back.
They don’t know what they are doing. I needed ultrasound and they scheduled me the location where they even don’t do that test. And sent me cancellation text right on application time. And the lady on the desk was like “oh just call and get another appointment “ like it’s not a big deal. May be not for her. But i took day off from work and drove 10 miles. So disappointed
Very nice clean place. My third time this year. Staff extremely kind and helpful.
