The radiologist/tech who did my mammogram was great!
Everyone was terrific
Where as, I find the technicians to be very compassionate and competent at their jobs, I found the front desk personnel to be dismissive, ignorant and rude. Yesterday, when I checked in for my latest CAT scan to re-stage my cancer diagnosis, I asked for a copy of the scan to be provided to me at the end of my visit.I was told that the locations no longer had the machines necessary to provide for this and that I could get a copy of the scan in two days time but that if I just wanted a written report I could get it the v... read more
