My experience at SJRA Medford was outstanding. Check‑in with Bobbie Jo was quick, friendly, and welcoming. Stephanie, my tech, was incredible — supportive, reassuring, and kept me informed of my timing throughout the entire scan. She is truly knowledgeable and professional. Mel, the MRI aide, was also exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful. The SJRA Medford team goes above and beyond, providing genuine, compassionate service that makes you feel like family.
I came here for a lung X-ray with a doctor’s order, and my experience with the X-ray technician was extremely disappointing. The technician was rude, dismissive, and at times felt outright aggressive in tone. Instead of explaining the procedure professionally, they repeatedly questioned me in a way that felt more like interrogation than patient care. The lady named Latoya goes above and beyond her job duties to actually help people getting overwhelmed with insurance issues. I had issues with my insurance and I was on the verge of freaking out. Insurance companies have been a pain for me in the past. I expressed my concern and you know what? The SJRA technician I had at the Medford location was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back. They took my four-year-old daughter ten minutes late even though I arrived ten minutes early for her study, and made me feel like I should feel bad that I brought my other daughter with me also because I didn’t have a choice.
