As a retired RN and Nuclear Cardiology Technologist I can definitely say that the 2 Technologists are True Professionals and Exceptional. They were pleasant, patient, empathetic and explained the procedure (mammogram and CT) as to what to expect with ease. I have come to the Medford location (previously Larchmont) for decades and was so pleasantly surprised by the care that I received yesterday. My father was released from the hospital for chf. Dr heard diminished lung sounds 5 days later no results. Test was Thursday I called Friday was told it would be expedited. It's now Tuesday and they are expediting I'm told .
My appointment was made in a timely manner and they made both of my scans to be done back to back so I only had to make 1 trip. Everyone was so cordial from the beginning to the end of my visit. I was made aware of my care and what to expect the entire time. Very comfortable and clean is the atmosphere.I'm a happy patient. 😀😀♥️💜🌹
I go to the facility in Medford, NJ. Each time my experience has been excellent, from the office staff greeting me to the technicians who are compassionate and effective. SJRA is my facility of choice and I highly recommend them.
