My experience at SJRA Medford was outstanding. Check‑in with Bobbie Jo was quick, friendly, and welcoming. Stephanie, my tech, was incredible — supportive, reassuring, and kept me informed of my timing throughout the entire scan. She is truly knowledgeable and professional. Mel, the MRI aide, was also exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful. The SJRA Medford team goes above and beyond, providing genuine, compassionate service that makes you feel like family.
The lady named Latoya goes above and beyond her job duties to actually help people getting overwhelmed with insurance issues. I had issues with my insurance and I was on the verge of freaking out. Insurance companies have been a pain for me in the past. I expressed my concern and you know what? Latoya took the bull by the horns and walked me step by step and stayed on the phone with me and my insurance agent. Who does that!?? Latoya, that's who!!! Employee of the year!!! The SJRA technician I had at the Medford location was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back. They took my four-year-old daughter ten minutes late even though I arrived ten minutes early for her study, and made me feel like I should feel bad that I brought my other daughter with me also because I didn’t have a choice. They let her stay and the tech made multiple comments to me about how she was basically doing me such a favor because they don’t typically let other children stay. SJRMedford, happens to be in my neighborhood, but I'd travel a great distance to receive the very warm greetings, the attention to detail, the welcoming friendly PROFESSIONALS who sought to my comfort and needs that I received this morning. As a retired RN and Nuclear Cardiology Technologist I can definitely say that the 2 Technologists are True Professionals and Exceptional. They were pleasant, patient, empathetic and explained the procedure (mammogram and CT) as to what to expect with ease. I have come to the Medford location (previously Larchmont) for decades and was so pleasantly surprised by the care that I received yesterday.
