The receptionist are pleasant and courteous. The staff makes you feel comfortable and prepares you for your procedures. The facility is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth experience in obtaining accurate and timely medical testing results.
I will be using this facility for all of my testing needs for now on. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is never a long wait and they keep the facility clean. I had a panic attack while getting an MRI and the staff handled it so well. They made me feel safe and comfortable. They were able to calm me down quickly and helped me to complete the MRI. They were so kind to me and I will always remember what they did for me. They really care about their patients.
Asking for what type of scan asking is bit overwhelming when scheduling an appointment on line. Pre check questions convenient. Checking in was quick with minimal down time. Was in and out quickly.!
Always friendly staff, easy check in, little to no wait , great techs, and everyone I've dealt with has been wonderful and kind. Will always recommend SJ Radiology.
Been going here for decades. Always been able to access results and easily print them for my records. Apparently they have new NOT user friendly portal. Can’t review past results from previous years. NOT printer friendly. My Dr also doesn’t receive reports from test she prescribed. I always go here so I will have all of my past tests available in one place. My history has disappeared. I now have no reason to be a faithful patient at SJRA. So disappointed this company has gone downhill.
