Been going here for decades. Always been able to access results and easily print them for my records. Apparently they have new NOT user friendly portal. Can’t review past results from previous years. NOT printer friendly. My Dr also doesn’t receive reports from test she prescribed. I always go here so I will have all of my past tests available in one place. My history has disappeared. I now have no reason to be a faithful patient at SJRA. So disappointed this company has gone downhill.
Billing experience was horrible here. They quoted one amount. Then ended charging me over $1,000 when they incorrectly quoted my cost after insurance. Then over 2.5 years later sent me another bill for over $200 because they somehow miscalculated again and found their error while auditing their billing. Such a SCAM. How about YOU figured that out with your staff and the insurance company. Time to evaluate your own billing processes instead of sending customers bills after bills. Fast check in with just enough waiting room time to get out my insurance card, Script from my doc and copay ready. Then they called me to the front, the only minor issue I had was I needed with and without contrast MRIs due to my MS it's been 4 or 5 years since my last what I call mug shots of my brain, spine, ect...which I had all done before in one time. It's not done like that anymore for they split the tests into 2 sessioned appointments. I would prefer this be an option available to those like myself to ger it all over ... read more
Having my scan done was painless, picking up the cd a few weeks later was like pulling teeth. The doctor stamped on my prescription release cd to patient, I had to sit a listen to this representative of Sj radiology stating that if I didn’t personally mention I need the cd of the of the scan, the scan was a few weeks ago, I don’t remember if I asked for it or not, then this representative asked for my identification, of which they took when I had my scan done, so I needed to go out into the car for my id , I came back, diffe... read more
