Inaccurate Billing! I went to South Jersey Radiology in Turnersville NJ on March 14, 2024 for a CT Scan. I previously went there 3 other times. I have AETNA insurance and my billing was always 'IN NETWORK' pricing. I checked online and SJRA in Turnersville NJ is 'IN NETWORK'. Well after the CT Scan on March 14, 2024 I received a bill for 'OUT OF NETWORK' pricing which was ridiculously over $1,600 on my end!! They knew what insurance I had and without my knowledge billed me 'OUT OF NETWORK'!! This is unacceptable!! So be care... read more

This is the fourth test I had at South Jersey Radiology. I went to Turnersville NJ location. I have AETNA insurance and the other three tests were all 'IN NETWORK'. Also on the AETNA website South Jersey Radiology in Turnersville Nj is 'IN NETWORK'. So, I had the fourth test done there. I get a bill that the test was 'OUT OF NETWORK'!!!! When I made the appointment they said if it was not covered then they would cancel the appointment. The appointment was NOT cancelled so I figured I'm good.
