The billing department is extremely rude and unhelpful. I received a bill from SJ Radiology as they did not submit the auth on file for an MRI. They refused to submit a corrected claim or assist with their error. I called the office many times and spoke with several employees who changed their story with every call. Shame on SJ Radiology for taking advantage.
A few years ago, I let my insurance lapse due to financial difficulties. I knew I would start Medicare in 2 months. As fate will have it, I ended up in the hospital for a few weeks. When I got home, Sj Radiology told me I owed them $2400.00. A year later they put a judgement against me I made a deal with the law firm to pay $100.00 a month for two years.
