awful customer service, three staff staring me down like I'm unreasonable and rude when I didn't want to sign in just to receive MRI results that I called ahead to set aside a week ahead of time! also wouldn't release my results to a family member when I called and gave verbal as well as written consent for them to pick up the results, which is what another SJRA staff member instructed me to do.

Awesome experience. From the ease of scheduling the appointment, to being greeted by a courteous, kind and professional intake person, to all of the techs involved in getting the procedure done, my experience was better than expected. I would schedule with SJRA in the future for sure! If I could give 10 Stars, I would!

Poor. Mammo tech was awful. She says "we can do it once or 5 times whatever you want". She was trying to position me in a way that my shoulder could not accommodate. It hurt too. Won't be back. There is plenty of competition in radiology places.

In collections due to an MRI of a fractured cheekbone 5 years ago. During that time I had COBRA and was switching to Medicaid, but I still had those insurances. I work in fast food and make less than 2 grand a month and sometimes as low as $600 due to lack of business or struggles with my autoimmune diseases or mental health. My wages continue to be garnished till this day. They work with SKLAR LAW, LLC, and they will go above and beyond to make sure they take your money.

Mammo tech is rude and causes a lot of discomfort. She says" we can do it once or 5 times whatever you choose". Yikes, this thing is hurting my girls and you don't care about my comfort? Won't be back.
