The facility is new and clean. Each staff member is kind and gracious. I had forgotten my script and the staff at the front desk didn’t judge and allowed me to call my doctor to have it faxed. Also the staff member performing the test was as gentle as possible explaining every step of the way by sharing her own personal experience . It was comforting.
I am a regular at SJRA and I am always pleased with my experience. During my most recent exam Alayna, Colleen, Natalie G and LeeAnn treated me with compassion as always.

Elaine was very professional during the examination. She took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel more relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. Her patience and thorough explanations made the experience far less stressful and much easier than I expected. I really appreciated her care and professionalism.
