Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The facility was neat and clean. I barely had a minute to sit and fill out the paperwork because they called me back for my testing. Highly recommend.
Front desk ladies were helpful friendly and personable. However all 3 techs that I interacted with were very rude and unkind. It was my first mammogram and I was scared. No one even asked me how I was doing. I just pointed and said - Get changed here. Go stand there. Go sit and wait over there. NO eye contact. Not even a hello. Completely lacking any compassion or general human treatment. If I can avoid it, I will not return.
Worst experience of my life. I will not be back. There are three very nice ladies at the front desk; unfortunately, I always get the fourth one, who has a chip on her shoulder and is cold and lacking in compassion. Women go to this place for breast cancer screenings and bone density tests. We are already anxious when we walk through the doors. A smile and some understanding would make a world of difference. I had 3 tests done in one morning. All of the techs were very nice. The mammogram was the least uncomfortable I’ve had in years. So much so, I asked for her name to request her next year. The person I made the appointment with were very accommodating and put them all together so I wouldn’t have to come and go. Overall great experience.
i love the employees. everything is done so efficient and on time. i was in and out within 15 mins. the lad yeh i said she had been there 30 yrs was wonderful. talk to me the whole time so i would feel comfortable. will continue to come here year round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
