No waiting got called before I got to sit down tech was fantastic had shoulder surgery she help me through with my gown to getting my Mamogram done with no pain
Everyone at SJRA from the scheduler to the technician were very kind, courteous and professional. I have used SJRA for many years and have always had a good experience.
My first ever mammogram showed a density that required further diagnostic studies. SJRA promptly reached out and guided me through the ordering and scheduling process. Like my first visit, I was greeted warmly by the front desk and then taken back to the exam room promptly. I was happy to see Elaine who was just as wonderful again today as she was during my first visit. Domenica performed my ultrasound and was also very kind and explained everything to me. Everything was fine except the cover up was for an extremely large person. I’m a small woman and the thing was falling off of my shoulders. Everyone is not 300lbs.
Very professional office with a kind and friendly staff who always explain what's going on and are happy to answer any questions that I have! This is the only place I will go for mammograms and ultrasounds because they make me feel at ease, the office is modern and clean and the wait time is minimal.
