A Vet in Sydney quoted me $620 to scale and polish my dogs teeth, another $90 for blood tests, and potentially more IF she needed extractions. Then I took her to South Nowra Vet, who told me in my first consultation that it didn't look like she'd need extractions, they could do the whole lot for $320, AND they could book me in immediately.
