First orthodontic appointment went great, the office runs like a well-oiled machine!
I love Dr. Carter and the entire staff! My son has been a patient for over 4 years now and I recently became one getting Invisalign. They are friendly, funny, respectful and thoughtful. When my son first got his braces, we thought he was allergic to the adhesive because his lips swelled. Dr. Carter was willing to come in on a weekend to take his braces off before we left on our summer vacation....

Please remind, remind, remind to patients how the initial appt. and removal have to be early in the day due to all the afternoon short appt. My child was told that she would have her braces off in time for senior pictures. That didn't happen and we've missed the date to submit photos. Other than that this experience has been fantastic, professional, clean, convenient, kind etc. One more...
Dr. Carter and all staff are very friendly and welcoming! My treatment options were explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered in a manner that I could understand. I felt comfortable. Would recommend Dr. Carter to friends and family.
