Everyone is so caring about your pet
Highly recommend bringing your puppy here. They are very thorough. My German Shepherd goes there and I brought her litter of 7 puppies here they are located in Chicopee and I live in Wilbraham. I hope this helps people who are looking for a new Veterinarian clinic.
Everyone, from the ladies at the front desk, to the techs, to the vets are fabulous. I moved to the Sturbridge area years ago, but I still bring my critters to Westover, I'm that impressed with the level of care Westover provides.
Dr Allen and the whole staff are the best! We are on dog number 9 with them! Highly recommend. Dr. Allen spends time with you, gives great advice and let's you decide on the treatment you want. We are so grateful!

Our fur babies became patients when one of our dogs got a horrible injury on his leg. Surgery was done at Boston Rd animal hospital ER. They said we needed a vet to see him after the many many visits scheduled at the ER. We found Dr Allen at that time. She insisted she wanted to see my dog as he was under care from the ER not only after. She waived all fees until he was discharged from the ER’s care.
