Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable, an expert in dentistry. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything in detail when i have questions. She never misses a beat and her hygienists and assistants are all really caring and friendly. I have terrible dentist anxiety but i know everything is okay when im at south shore smiles. I recommend Dr. Cheng to everyone looking for a dentist. I had a broken tooth and I got right in where it was a month wait at my other dentist. She is kind and patient which has made my 3 kids happy here too. Mary at the desk is always friendly and accommodating. Great place!
Since I was a child, I dreaded visiting the dentists and orthodontists. I could never find a place I truly liked until I found Dr. Cheng at South Shore Smiles so CLOSE to home!!! It was such a pleasure going to South Shore Smiles today for my first visit. Dr. Cheng is wonderful and her team is exceptional. I really enjoyed having my teeth cleaned and the laughs in between. I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and was really impressed with all the new medical equipment now used for X-rays. I will recommend South Shore Smiles to my family and friends. They’re number one in achieving smile goals.
I have been a patient for some time now and the experience I have has been nothing but wonderful. They have been accommodating for emergencies visits on the weekends and they have evenings.They were one of the only few dentist office open during the pandemic. I would definitely choose her as a dentist.
