A couple of weeks ago on a Sunday, my orange tabby cat got a bladder blockage which was serious. He was saved by this animal hospital and I am so grateful! These Vets are the best in the Inland Empire. The pet hospital is extremely clean and well managed. I even got follow up calls about my pet's condition a week later and I'm still getting follow up calls. Thank you for caring and always going the extra mile to save a pet. Huge shout out to Dr. Abrahams, Dr. Brown, and South Temecula Veterinary Hospital Staff for always going above and beyond for my bunnies! Both doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate while developing care plans and treating my bunnies. The staff was also friendly and helpful. For context, my bunnies have been sick for a while (requiring several visits). We had to rush our chicken in on an emergency basis and the receptionist who helped was so empathetic and kind. We were able to be squeezed in right away, and the staff was extremely considerate and helpful to our painful situation. We ended up having to say goodbye to our chicken but the staff and Dr went above and beyond to show kindness and compassion and I thank you so much for your care.

I wanna be honest, to the point I was hesitant about taking my daughter's hamster to the vet because I didn't want them looking at us or thinking this is just a hamster. I'm not sure what I expected, but what I didn't want was feeling judged because it is a hamster and we were so upset about it. But that's exactly how I felt. I felt judged because this is not a cat or dog. This is not a fluffy animal that's going to interact with you. It's a sick hamster that ultimately had to be put down. But he was ours. This hospital has always been good with my dogs. The staff and doctors are kind and patient as I decided on how I want to move forward with my dog Koa. However, bigger procedures like endoscopy or any biopsy's they cannot do and have to call over to other hospitals that do. I was very grateful with how fast the hospital communicated with other vets same day, to get my dog seen immediately for swallowing bone.
