I did have difficulty getting office staff to return calls when I had questions prior to surgery. Wait times for scheduled appointments were excessive (2 hours for appointment with surgical coordinator and and 1 hour for two other appointments). Staff was always very courteous. Would recommend them, just be prepared for extended wait times.
