Everyone who worked with me was professional and polite. The exam itself was very comprehensive. The only negative part was the 30 minutes or so I had to wait after my appointment was scheduled.

The exam well as without COVID 19 and I was attended professionally.
Had two procedures in the last two months. Surgical experiences were wonderful Outcomes wonderful. I did have difficulty getting office staff to return calls when I had questions prior to surgery. Wait times for scheduled appointments were excessive (2 hours for appointment with surgical coordinator and and 1 hour for two other appointments). Staff was always very courteous. Would recommend them, just be prepared for extended wait times.
They are very professional with the latest equipment and information. They have been taking care of all our eye issues for more than 10 years
