Extremely long wait, not only to be seen but after the visit, when I had 2 uncomfortable puppies (due to their vaccines) and had to wait over 20 mins to get checked out because the whole staff was having a party of some sort….my 2lbs puppies got shots and were in so much pain afterwards that I called after hours to see if they could recommend a pain medication and I’m still waiting for a call back, it’s been 2 days.. oh well…

I took my dog to get spayed here and the outcome was very upsetting for me my dog had gotten out of surgery and they said she was bleeding out from somewhere so they had to open her back up only to find that they didn’t know what caused her bleeding they handed my baby back to me wrapped in trash bags and she was hidden in a small storage unit beside the building it was very upsetting to find my dog like this and after the only thing they could say is that they wouldn’t charge me the 350 since she had died only an assistant ... read more

I got my mom’s dog after she passed away, and she came covered in tumors. To contrast my experience with south vet clinic and explain the quality of care that I was expecting, the week prior I’d taken my Great Pyrenees to Hidalgo Vet and had him neutered; they were wonderful. The exam fee was $30, the rabies vaccine was $15, he was friendly and kind, introduced me to the staff, praised my pooch, and took the time to let my dog get used to him before attempting to handle him. We took our chihuahua in October of 2020 to board her for a few days. When we picked her up, her anus was expressed and she was walking different and ultimately ended up losing feeling in her legs. The staff completely denied any responsibility and claimed she was walking like that when they got her. She wasn’t. Our dog’s quality of life has declined. Other vets we have gone to told us that if there was a slipped disc, they may have been able to help her, but we were told nothing was wrong. I am so disappointed in this place... read more

This is the most DANGEROUS place to take your pet. I took my dog in when she was in labor (I know my dog well and knew with her breathing and slight contractions she had started labor) and no strong contractions were being produced after 12 hours. She was day 66 and most mini schnauzers give birth 61-63 days.
