Appointment was set promptly and I received a reminder call. Staff all knew their assigned jobs and were professional, not chatty but friendly, worked cooperatively and stayed focused on getting their jobs done on schedule. High tech equipment provided great xrays and photos of my teeth, and the doctor shared them on a display screen while providing his diagnosis.
