My appointment was at 2:30 and I was sitting in Dr. Tai’s chair at that time. Did not have to wait a minute over my scheduled time. He took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail in language I was able to understand. I will certainly recommend friends and family.

Dr Tai and his staff are very friendly. He took the time to explain the necessity of each step before proceeding to treatment. His staff also stayed with my son the whole time. They are a very professional team. Highly recommended.

I have researched 6 different places to get an implant and Dr. Tai was the Dr I felt was the best and most honest to get it done. He was easy to deal with and the staff were very good. I would highly recommend him to any one who is looking for an implant.

A week in advance, I provided all the required documents to the clinic and made an appointment for my visit. Upon checking in, I was informed that the doctor was unable to diagnose me because the specialist who could do so had left to give birth 3 months ago. They proudly mentioned that there would be no charge for this visit and suggested I schedule an appointment with another clinic's doctor. A year ago, I had 2 wisdom teeth (right side) removed here, and it was a nightmarish experience from beginning to end. The office is clean enough; however, the dentist who treated me (Dr. Tai) didn't give me any information or do anything to soothe my first-time nerves. Nevertheless, I felt that his history was sufficient experience and opted for local anesthesia.
