I never have to wait long when I have an appointment. Everyone is very nice and professional.
I see many times on Facebook that folks are calling dermatologists offices and being told they would wait 3 to 6 months for an appt!! I love this office! If I have a concern with my skin, they see me promptly!! If everything is good with me, I go every year!! But I always know I can call with a concern anytime! Never a long wait in the waiting room to go back! Friendly and very professional staff!! I am so thankful that I found this place!!
I find this office to be one of the best doctors’ offices I have gone to. The office staff is excellent and very friendly. Dr. Rivera is fantastic. He is thorough, friendly and very easy to talk to. The nurse that was with him during my lastest appointment was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have dealt with in the medical field. I wish all of my doctors had the type of people and atmosphere I have found here on every visit I have made.
Went for my very first visit today and was very impressed. Didn't sit in the waiting area for more than 10 minutes if that! Once Shannon put me in a room, she went over some medical details and handed me a gown. Within 5 to 10 minutes Lindsay Hayler, PA-C was in the room! She was very kind, thorough and straight to the point! Loved that!
Everyone in this practice is very caring, kind, and professional. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Of course, I’m partial to Lindsay, as she is the one that I see. ☺️
They are always very prompt and very friendly staff. They monitor their patients closely. I feel confident in their capabilities to manage my skin cancer issues.
