The Southern California Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Arts office is wonderful from the time I walked in the door the receptionist was warm and smiling. The x-ray took all of two minutes no painful mouth inserts. Everyone I encountered on my visit was kind, helpful and pleasant. Dr. Ho was nice and informative and did his job of pulling my wisdom tooth in five minutes I was impressed and very nervous from the start but they made this process so easy and later that night Dr. Ho texted me to make sure I was doing alright. My experience here was excellent. Starting from the office staff (Alejandra, Esther, Valerie, and Linda, Mari) were all helpful and very kind workers. They assisted the doctor and patients with a big smile on there faces (I can tell even if they had masks on). I had two wisdom teeth pulled and was finished in less than 5 minutes. Paperwork took longer than the actual procedure. Dr HO was very knowledgeable and eased the anxiety I had before the procedure. Thank you!! Dr. Cheung is amazing! He is informative, understanding and super patient. He works very well with elderly patients and makes you smile even if your in pain
Starting fr the front desk all the staff members r v polite ,friendly n professional Today Veronica the dental assistant took care of me She is v professional n v hygienic n clean Changed the gloves a few times during the procedure taking the dental mold Dr Ho also came in twice to check Impressive 👍👍👍👏👏👏
