Loved them before this last visit but now most of the staff is all new and not as friendly. Wanting to charge for something that I have NEVER been charged for beforehand when getting a crown there. Sad what can change in a year. Time to look for another dentist again since all they want is to charge people more now for things that they don't need.
The women I spoke to was very rude (maybe Michelle) on 1/4/24. I was looking to schedule a denture consultation for my husband. She gave me a date about a month out. As I began to say oh do you have anything available sooner she rudely interrupts me and says "dentures don't happen overnight" like I'm an idiot. I told her nevermind and that she was rude and hung up on her. All I was trying to say was if there were any cancellations between now and the appointment that we would take it. Hire professional staff to make appointments and work the front and have later and weekend hours. I've been canceled on twice in the past 2 weeks. The first was because of a storm that caused flooding and I was stuck in traffic. I would have only been 10 minutes late but they wouldn't let me come. Then they booked the next appointment for the wrong time. I was told 3 different times! I did not like how Dr. Lerman treated me he was very rude and short... And when I was done with him I went upfront to make an appointment and the girls up there weren't friendly at all... You couldn't pay me to go back to this office
