First appt with a newborn. They had no idea we were coming. Checked in online & completed paper packet from the hospital (literally same questions). Received them to complete again at the window. I showed up 15 minutes early, appt was at 130 & wasn’t seen until 230. Most of the time was spent waiting in a room with an undressed newborn or answering all the questions for a 4th time in triage. I spent about an hour and a half while everyone tried to figure out how to do a routine newborn appt 🥴

RecommendedDr. Blanche and staff are amazing! My son is ADHD n his anxiety was high bc of getting a shot. The nurse was excellent at noticing this and trying to distract him and made it pretty painless for us all! They're all pleasant and helpful.
