Excelente servicio al cliente. Hemos comprados cajas para mudanzas y envío y son de excelente calidad. Lo mejor del toda el área sur. En especial el trato de Jennifer fue excelente. Éxito siempre
Good service and facility.
It has gotten way too expensive for the size of storage. My nephew has the same one in an upper class neighborhood and pays $60.00. I am a senior who has not been there over 3 yrs. Paying $143. For what. Their yearly increase has gotten way out of proportion. No special rate for seniors. I don’t even know if what is stored is in good conditions. You might say, for me to visit. I don’t own a car and no one to take me there. Too expensive.
Miss Jenifer Zayas, she is very, very good employee, she gave me a professional orientation and very good comunication.
Jennifer Zayas greeted, very polite and respectful. She answered our general questions on the services provided. She then promptly showed us the available units and provided insight on the on site benefits, such as climate control areas, moving cart locations, etc. We are extremely happy with the business we conducted and the support of the staff
