A person named Kelvin who claims to be a Manager made my stay unbearable with every opportunity he got. I provided my LA WALLET as ID when I signed up, and the young lady who was there was very professional and courteous. When I was notified that my check was returned ,I went in to pay cash and a person named Kelvin was there this time. I saw Kelvin yesterday walking around the property and he stopped to give me prices. This stood out to me because the office was closed and he could have just blown me off and he didn't. Great Service.
When I was searching a temporary storage kelvin handled me over the phone, with patience and clarity over the insurance policy and month to month payment on line!
