Kentrell stayed on the phone with me to walk me through the emailed rental application and insurance form. He was very patient and kind, explaining things along the way. I’m not the best at on line things, so he patiently told me what to look for until I had finally filled in all the boxes and could submit. The staff was great, very professional and personable. They took the time with us, and handled everything for us including the deduction from our account, which made it easy. I will come back if I ever need storage and have already recommended this facility to a friend.
