Kim was extremely professional and friendly in helping us get our unit up & running. Her pleasant disposition made the aggravating hard work of moving ones we personal items easier on us. Facility & office are also well kept.

Yall are the fanciest storage company I have ever seen.

Very friend and professional answered all my questions and showed me which unit I would be using and everything.
Service was fine until SSS bought the facility. Annual rate increases and demand for insurance; surly / defensive office employee was the final straw. Never received email requesting proof of insurance, so we were charged by SSS for insurance. How about a followup letter or call to make sure request was received??
The woman who runs the place was so helpful. She went out of her way to help me with my paperwork online. I was doing it from another state and God bless her she was so patient.
