Angela met us on a Sunday when they were closed so we could get a unit rented and store our stuff. Very nice and helpful, top notch customer service.
Corporate made all employees who live on site, get ride if their pets they had for years. With 1 month notice. If they don’t care about their employees, do you really think they care about customers? Btw, the are required to live on site to have the job. So it was your pets or your job kinda ultimatum and I’m gonna make sure the world knows.
I was unable to get an access code. I hire someone to move me after being told I would get an access code I got there and customer service refused to give it to me so I paid over $200 and never moved anything in the storage unit.
