Being very fearful of the dentist due to a complicated history, the staff demonstrated knowledge of my disability & fears. The entire staff were compassionate, polite & very competent. I so appreciate the positive experience after 13 years of not seeing a dentist. I highly recommend this practice!

This was my second visit. There was absolutely no difference from the first. With the exception of church and some of my relatives home, this is the warmest and most pleasant place I have ever been. From the receptionist to sitting in the dentis chair,I felt a sense of harmonious agreement .If there were any apprehension Dr. Brown and Anna his assistant made them disappeared before the procedure started. My first visit at Southern Smile was today. The atmosphere is very comfortable nice and up to date. I was greeted with a smile by Candi. She walked me through my paperwork and offered me drinks and snacks. Courtney was my dental hygienist. She was very nice and nice personable. She made me very comfortable. Talked to me throughout the entire process. I actually felt like going to sleep during the procedure. I have a follow up appointment and look forward to it......(I hate the dentist by the way.) Keep up the GREAT work.

My first visit was pleasant Dr. Brown and all the staff are wonderful. Their skill, professional demeanor and friendliness obviously reflect that tone you’ve set for office. The rooms are state-of-the-art, clean and welcoming.

Always love the Dental clinic facility just like being at home! Staff very friendly, professional and display a genuine concern for your dental needs! I was introduced to a new dentist and hygienist but they filled right in as nothing had changes as far as service and dental care! Definitely recommend this Dental Clinic for your dental needs!
