I called at 7:30 am with an emergency. Dr Gracie Murchison saw me at 9:30 am and expertly made a temporary repair. She was so friendly I look forward to seeing her for the permanent fix next week. This practice makes you feel like one of the family.
I am new to Charlotte and in a wheelchair. I called several dental offices that said they could not accommodate me. Dr. Murchison took me in with open arms and we made it work. Her staff was extremely nice and willing to help with anything I needed. But Dr. Murchison is what sealed the deal. She was so compassionate and calming that it made for a wonderful first experience. We talked through all of my options and agreed on a plan of action. I have found my dentist for life!
