I brought my dog CeCe in for some testing for biopsies related to valley fever and Dr Steyer was able to remove some growths and determine the other growths were not cancer but valley fever. That was good news. A badly functioning kidney was removed and that along with the growths taken out and CeCe put on a regiment of Flucazone it has been a game changer. She is like a new dog. My pup had to have ACL surgery and our vet recommended this group. They were amazing from the time I dropped him off to the time I picked him up the next day. They really treated him like royalty while he was there and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I would happily take him back to them if it's ever necessary! They also came in under the low estimate which I thought was great!

When your petite petulant papillon has a pesky penchant for all things plastic in your backyard, call these specially trained docs to the rescue. Unfortunately they were booked out like a month solid but luckily my pup's case wasn't super urgent. At our appointment the docs were very thorough and reassuring that my dog's case was a fairly routine procedure. 50% of the estimate is due at your appointment and the rest when you pick your pet up. My dog Teddy almost died because of what happened -- and what didn't happen -- at this clinic. And when I tried to get answers, a senior member of their medical staff screamed obscenities at me over the phone. My partner witnessed every word of it. That is who is running this place. One of the worst places I've ever been to. They stole my medication for my pup! An i didn't even buy it from them i bought it from pet smart veterinary, let if over night because they told me too! Should've never done that!! An now are trying to charge me. $45 for medicine that my dog needs after getting surgery and I already brought in willingly overnight for them to keep and never gave back. My dog had gotten hurt and the vet said she thought it was a soft tissue injury we did a CT scan and an x-ray that showed nothing remarkable and three months later she was still having issues so we went here. And my first concern was is that they had not read the results of the report. We visited Southwest Veterinary Surgical Service with our dog, who was a normal dog, still running after rabbits and playing with her brother. The reason for the visit was during a scan our primary vet found our dog a gallbladder problem and there was also a growth on her liver. Now she had zero symptoms of having a gallbladder problem, like vomiting, diarrhea, etc. We had a consultation with their staff and the doctor recommended surgery to remove the gallbladder and mass off the liver. DO NOT COME HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS WELL BEING. Worst experience I have ever had. Scheduled an appointment for my dog having breathing problems and throwing up and they were booked out for a month, I still went ahead and waited it out. Update from today 12/8/2021. We brought Bella back to have her wound re-bandaged, which was another $227 and now the next time she goes back, they want to charge between $1500-2000 to clean the wound before they sew her back up!! I can't believe this nightmare!! I have contacted one of our local news stations that have a segment called 3 On Your Side, because I cannot believe that these people get away with this! How do they sleep at night knowing that they rip off so many people!!
