I was told a shampoo and style (curled) would be 50, since I had long hair which I was ok with. I got there and while she was SHAMPOOING MY HAIR she informed me my shampoo and style would be 65.00!! What was I supposed to do, walk out with wet hair? I felt like she up charged the price last minute, was not happy.
If you have sensitive skin, be warned. I indicated to the lady who did my facial that I had sensitive skin and that I had been on retinols in the past. I just wanted something nice and soothing Well, I didn't get that, and this was the most painful facial I've ever had! She was so rough with scrubs and extractions that by the end of my treatment my whole face was on fire.
