Stylist Kathryn knows hair. I walked in, fingers crossed? being an out-of-towner. Here on business, I needed to refresh my color & do. My hair is very fine and dry from over processing. After speaking with her, I decided to take a chancw and have her cut my hair. I love it and received compliments from the staff at my hotel when I retirned. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. Wush I had time to have treatments. Next visit!
These people are wonderful and life savers! I can not say enough good. Came to New Orleans to get married but had a major hair malfunction and I was thinking nothing would work out. My now hubby called and explained what was going on and they had me directly into a chair as soon as I walked through the door with a mimosa in my hand. I left with great hair in an hour. These ladies saved my life and I will always be grateful.
Great staff. Greeted at the door with a smile (can't remember her name - sorry!) Escorted to peaceful waiting area and offered a drink (white wine for me!). Whitney did a great job with my wax. Felt at ease and skin looked great. She finished early so I relaxed while waiting for my nail appt. Elsa gave me a wonderful pedicure - attentive throughout. She and Doris both were quite friendly. It was my first time there. Definitely would recommend to others and will go back when I'm in town again.
Our son surprised with a couples massage it was his dad birthday but I was blessed to be included...the staff was very nice, loved the mimosa & the massage was WONDERFUL! Loved it!!
