The dr from the Tuscaloosa clinic needs to slow down and actually listen to the patient. She always seems to be having a bad day. Horrible bedside manner. You should never feel rushed when going to a doctor.
Have been to Dr. Groysman and Suzanne for over 5 years with great care. Too bad today I waited one hour for my appointment. I received a text, a phone call and an email to remind me if my appointment, only to arrive on time and sit a hour. Once back my care was excellent.
Very upset with my appointment this past week. Staff was beyond rude, and the Doctor was very rushed and cold. Not somewhere I plan on returning too.
