Today they were very understanding and let us take as much time with our baby as we needed before we had to put him to sleep. She explained everything that would happen while he was transitioning to the rainbow bridge. Very compassionate people.
Business response:
Thank you for your touching remarks, Monica Hebert. Our entire team is thinking of you during this difficult time. Your pet was precious and we are honored to have been trusted with his care.
Dr. Agnes is BY FAR the best!! I have never in my life seen a vet do a puppy exam the way a pediatrician does on a baby, but she did! She is kind, thorough, & explains everything clearly. The staff here goes above and beyond! Without randomly calling them and having them tell me to go straight to the ER for a blood transfusion for my puppy, he would be dead. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Agnes and this clinic, nor will I ever be able to thank them enough!!
Business response:
Welcome to the Spanish Trail Animal Hospital family, Natasha! We loved meeting you and your pet and can’t wait to see you back again soon.
I just wanted to say how amazing dr Agnes and her staff is. Without them my kitty Tiger wouldn’t have been able to know how it felt to be loved. He had a list of health issues and they never gave up on him. Sadly his illnesses got to be too much for him. He is extremely missed but so blessed that I got the year I did 🥰

I love their dedication to all the animals they take care of. They may not remember your name but they definitely will know your fur baby’s. It’s not a job to the staff, it’s their vocation!
Business response:

They are so friendly and loving when treating their clients. They also put the parents at ease when nervous. We saw Dr. Agnes to treat a broken dew claw and she was phenomenal (as was the entire staff) with my sweet girl, Belle! Definitely 5/5 STARS!!
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to recommend us, Amanda. We look forward to seeing you and Belle again!
My dogs were well cared for over the holidays!!!
Business response:
Thank you for your recommendation, Nancy!
Once again, STAH took great care of my sweet Nola girl today! I got a call as soon as her little surgery was over with an update, a great after-care plan and instructions! and as always, my sweet friend Candi who works there makes it all so much better!
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Ashley! We appreciate you taking the time and for trusting us to care for your fur-baby.
I highly recommend Spanish Trail Hospital. I love all the staff and Dr. Agnus. We got a stray kitten and he wasn’t in good shape. Now the 3 weeks we been having him he doubled his weight and is a feisty ball of energy. Due to an injury to his tail, we had to get it amputated. They were great and he had very little pain. :). His little nub is healing well and the incision was clean and neat. Very satisfied with their services. :)
Business response:
