Thanks spicewood crossing for the nice and clean place to live,The staff in the office are very nice and friendly,pool always clean,landcaping is well mantained,the fitness center is great,and the list can go on and on!!!!!!I will renew my lease here for another 12 months, my kids and i are so happy to be living in this great community!Keep up the great job kelly and staff,you rock!!!!!!!!!
I've lived here over a year and LOVE it!! Its quiet and the apartments are spacious. The office staff are friendly and always helpful and maintenance is fast and friendly.
I have been living at the Spicewood Crossing apts for 6 months and very impressed with the responsiveness of the staff. The manager or other staff are always at the leasing office when they say they will be there. If something needs fixing, they are on top of it asap. There is a real concern about the tenents, our safety, etc, and they go the extra mile to take care of you.
This place was great. Had a six month lease and was very happy with every aspect.

Let's just put it this way...I can hear my neighbors below me singing in their shower. I don't care if I lived nexted to Whitney Houston, I don't want to be able to hear my neighbors at any given time during the day, regardless of their singing abilities. *note* my neighbors could qualify for the reject tape on American Idol.
If I had something good to say about a property, why weould I need to hide myself! Funny. We all know they are bogus because few and far between can honestly say the property is QUIET and the staff is nice.
The amount of noise you hear from your tenanants above and to the right ruins your overall living experience. These apartments rent for far too much with the amount of noise you get. You can hear every moving footstep-washer and dryer, etc. Even though its been mentioned nonething has been done and probably won't be. Had I known the noise was this bad I would have not rented here.
