Great quality and good sizing.
There refund processing needs improvement. They are very slow in getting this done. But the products are good. And shipping is in a reasonable time frame.

I ordered from them and There free shipping policy clearly states if you bother to read it that it can take 7 to 10 business days (that means Monday - Friday only) to process an order. It took them 5 business day to process and ship my order. I received a tracking number for my order following days and My package was on my door step on Friday and it was super fast, the costume that I ordered was in perfect condition and included all the things I had ordered, plus they even included a free gift in the correct size. I am very satisfied. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely be coming back, it'll be a sweet outcome.
I think the shipping should be a little faster. I feel like the processing of the order takes forever. I hope that issue gets fixed soon.
Give a better estimate on delivery date.
Really great products the the sizes are not super consistent. Would live to know the inside scoop on the size for ordering....like. Size DD and higher order one size up....
