I did live chat earlier today expressing concern about my order being here by Saturday since my order status had not yet been updated online. I spoke with Michelle who was very polite and helpful but told me she wasn't sure if it would get here on time but she would try. Next thing I knew my order was shipped and it's expected to be here on Saturday....right on time.
