My order was back ordered indefinitely and the staff contacted me to see if I wanted to make other choices and were very nice; however I wanted the items ordered and said I was willing to wait. I did have a few questions and they were very kind and helpful, eventually I did receive my order and was very pleased.
Generally, a good experience. Packaging needs to be improved.

Easy peasy process and cute clothes that fit as indicated
The quality is good. I have one gripe and it would be that they tell you they have the product but on two occasions in the past year, I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t receive the product and obviously the product was never delivered. I would expect to be told that the product is out of stock than being able to order something and it’s never delivered or informed that I wouldn’t be receiving it.
Shopping was easy as was check out
I bought an item that didn't fit my wife. The return was easy and quick. I am impressed.
Have ordered from Spicy in the past. Quality of product is very good and the price is excellent. Fast delivery as well. Sizes are true to size. I would recommend Spicy for sure!
Great selection and size was right. I wanted more that was on back order though. It's not in my cart.
