My first visit to Dr. Yanni last year was one of the worst days of my life as I could NOT walk. When I called his office I was desperate to be seen. Although I had never been to the office, the staff recognized my distress and had me come in that day. Dr. Yanni looked me in the eye when he spoke to me, his kindness and compassion speak volumes to the kind of physician he is. Through a minimally invasive surgery my pain was relieved. I will be FOREVER grateful.
At this practice I see Dr. Ashraf Sakr. He is friendly & keeps fairly close to his appointment schedule. Arriving in the office you get a tablet to provide them on tyoe of visit, how your doing but none of that repetitive garbage asking name, SSN, address, email, you answered initially & should be in their system. Only the info pertinent to this visit & done in under 5 minutes. Brought in AT appointment time & seen in under 5 minutes. If I don't have any major priblems out in,under 45 min
The entire staff, especially Dr. Yanni and Amanda, at the Pine Institute shows tremendous compassion & empathy for all the patients in their care!

Since the first day I gingerly walked into his office, he was very attentive and listened. He pinpointed the exact area where my pain was. He discussed a course of action, and I have been so thankful ever since, His bedside manor is impeccable! His P.A. Amanda is Awesome, and his staff is so courteous. He is a TOP NOTCH DOCTOR WHO CARES !!!! See him for a consult or second opinion if you are truly in pain and want relief, see for yourself.
I positively loved my experience with Dr. Yanni and his assistant Amanda! I suffered severe back pain for a month before I was lucky enough to find Spinal Institution of North Jersey online. I met Amanda during my 1st appt. She was very professional, yet personable as well. When she saw how much pain I was in she called Dr Yanni and he fit me into his schedule asap. Today I'm virtually pain free because of Dr Yanni. I highly recommend him and his staff. They are the BEST!!!
I saw Dr. Ashraf Sakr who is part of this group. He listens well and then knows the appropriate questions to ask. Then he proposes several plans for treatment. He provides the pros and cons of each in easily understood terms. I usually ask which path he would follow but if not he supports my choice. He shows both care and compassion, understanding how debilitating pain can be. He is willing to do all in his power to help alleviate the pain.
