The best doctor in Fairfax, VA for pain management. He has helped me over the course of a year to find a program that controls my pain. His staff is always very accommodating and actually care. I would recommend this practice to anyone struggling with pain. He actually listens to your real life issues and finds a way to help you live a normal life. He doesn't over prescribe or give bad advice concerning treatments. I have always been educated and then allowed to choose the best option for me.
Dr. Majid Ghauri is a wonderful, caring and compassionate Dr who cares a great deal about his patients well being. Dr. Ghauri takes his time and explains every detail of your care as well as listening to your concerns about your treatment. I recommend him to anyone who wants a true professional to call and make an appointment to see him.
I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit with Dr. Ghauri. He was extremely attentive to my needs and explained everything about an upcoming procedure in layman’s terms and also by providing me with a video of the procedure. I felt confident in his ability to treat me.
Great experience while dealing with the SI joint pain. The treatment has been effective, and the overall process was efficient and friendly. Dr. Ghuari and the staff are courteous, provide useful information, and allow informed decision based on the treatment neeed. I highly recommend the clinic for pain management and treatement. ?

Today I am especially thankful and trying to add onto to my earlier review: .I was praying last night at church and I could kneel and put my elbows on the railing, and bow my head in prayer. I have not been able to do that for many months, all without pain. I was immediately thankful to God. I can carry my own stuff around when I take metro versus having to drive everywhere and fight for parking spots.
I am particular about the medical field and conservative. But, i have disc issues in my neck that cause considerable discomfort and limit my regular active lifestyle. I am not fond of pain medication. One of the OrthoVA Doctors recommended Dr. Ghauri and I am so glad I followed through on his recommendation! I am not one to post reviews but I did want to share some info in order to help someone else.
This doctor needs some help. I came there and they said there is no one else to even tell what my text results mean. I had to wait days because the doctor was too busy. I was in a lot of pain and I had to go home with pain and not knowing what I have. No one cared. Not good.
Earlier this year I gave him 4 stars. I take every single one back. Since then he refuses to give me an epidural. He wants me to have a spinal stimulator implanted. That is after nerve block shots didn’t work. My orthopedic surgeon told me in October to continue the shots. Don’t trust Dr. Ghauri. He has his own agenda.
