We have worked with several lenders over the years on purchase and refinances. Austin is by far the best Loan Officer we have had. While the amount of information needed and process were extensive, Austin provided excellence guidance. He went above and beyond to make the process as easy on us as possible. He is also very creative and an excellent problem solver. He was a key contributor in coming up with a strong offer to the sellers that also was very favorable for us on the buy side.
