Went to Spooner in Fountain Hills for PT to re-gain strength and recover from chemotherapy. First session was with a physical therapist who developed my history and PT needs. On my second session my physical therapist was not available for my pre-arranged appointment and I was assigned an "assistant" whom didn't know my history nor PT needs. I am not impressed. I don't find this place very professional at all. I went here twice and each time I was never greeted by anybody when I walked in up to the front desk. the 2 women that work the front desk are always talking to each other, and it takes them a good minute to even acknowledge that I'm there. I never have felt comfortable here. When I actually started my physical therapy with the person I supposed to be working with, she passed me off to somebody else and didn't even tell me.
