As a first responder and military reservist it is important to me to have a treatment plan tailored to my work and personal lifestyle. At Spooner - Gateway, the team was dedicated to getting me back with a rehab plan specific to my job duties. I worked with Spencer and found his level of compassion and motivation exactly what I needed to get back to duty after my back injury.
Hi all, I have been attending physical therapy here at this location with Garrett Johnson for about 7 or so weeks now. I am no stranger to PT and had several places I've been, especially over the past 10 yrs from 50 to age 60. I have never had an experience with a phys therapist or the staff that can compare with my experience here. From the first time i received a consult with Garrett, i knew he was extremely knowledgable, professional, compassionate, caring etc. I knew i was in "good hands" here! Brad and the staff are amazing! Very knowledgeable, caring and happy to listen and make your needs a top priority! They are not in a rush to move you in and out but take the time to explain, assess and answer questions. Very relaxed setting and I appreciate the care my family has received.
Where everybody knows your name! I have been so impressed with the care, personal attention, sensitivity and outrageously tuned in listening skills of each staff member. Extreme knowledge blended with compassion have made my experience beyond words amazing. Thank you Spooner Mesa Gateway, Garrett, Mike and Sierra!
I've been to multiple physical therapy places in my life and hated all of them. My beef with them is that they seem to bring you in, have you do a few exercises you could do at home, message for a few minutes and have you out, with really no change. What is the point? This is the first one that actually cares to figure out what is causing the pain and work to fix it. I felt a huge difference in my knee pain on the VERY FIRST VISIT. They don't just have you do random cookie cutter exercises and then rub you for a few minutes ... read more
I highly recommend Restore Physical Therapy to everyone. Mike and his team are more than awesome! This is a place of true healing. The staff really care about you as an individual and customize the therapies to suit you and your needs. The atmosphere is light and friendly - always a pleasant place to be. I cannot thank everyone enough. Love you guys!
The Team at this physical Therapy office helped restore my leg after my ACL Surgery December 27th 2012. The entire staff make you feel like family not like a patient. They cared about me as an individual and what treatment I needed to regain use of my leg. I would not be where I am today physically without the care of this physical Therapy office. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs Physical Therapy.
