I am beyond impressed with this Physical Therapy group! Their staff are all amazing, truly knowledgeable, professional and really show they care! Oh and not to mention, the PT works!
This is my 2nd experience with Spooner PT. I used the Brown & University office last time & was over the moon pleased with my results. I couldn't be happier with Kat my therapist & assistants Ashton & Christian for their treatment, exercises & stretches for pelvic floor exercises this time around. It is a very busy office but they could always get me in somewhere in their schedule once a week was all my budget would permit at this time. Erin did a great job figuring out my knee issue. She was focused on actually helping me... Other PT places I noticed trying to put me on a regular schedule that would suck a lot of time and money. I'm very grateful for her being straightforward and giving me the exercises and stretches I needed right off the bat. Each case is unique but I was able to run again the next week! Only downside is this location was super busy. But I was still able to get quality service for the evaluation at least.
I had a very positive experience. The clinic is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed and the people are kind. My physical therapy assistant was a great communicator and very supportive. My physical therapist was professional, compassionate and intuitive. The gym was filled with patients of all ages sharing the same goal of achieving healing. I've had at least 3 other physical therapy experiences...this site is top notch. If I need future help I will definitely return. I've been dealing with degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, over 30 surgeries since I was 17 and now I'm 43, and I was in a horrible 4wheeler accident 8 years ago. I've only been going to Spooner for a few weeks now and am currently working on one problem area (neck/shoulder) but my body is pretty banged up all around, given the physical demand of my current job/past endeavors. I'm planning on continuing therapy for my back and other areas of discomfort with Spooner. The Chandler location is convenient for me but what really stands out is the staff and the atmosphere. Stephanie is such a wonderful physical therapist. Physical therapy isn't really fun for anyone, and for me it was honestly a little intimidating. But Stephanie made me feel so at ease, relaxed, and is always so caring and engaging in conversation, it honestly distracts you from anything uncomfortable and makes the time fly by! I have worked with Ben in the past when this office was Physicians PT, and he is a first-rate therapist. Now they are called Spooner and the team (some new people including Ben) are the best group I have ever worked with. Ben is professional, very patient to explain the impact of various exercises on my condition, and his assistant Abe is also very precise and attentive.
