Spoors was great. They were out right away, had the part on their truck, repaired my unit. And we were all set. Thank you Spoors! ****** ******.
Spoors HVAC came to do a fall service of the heating and cooling system in our manufactured home. The technician was very professional and friendly. He answered our questions and when asked about an issue with our old thermostat, he was very good at explaining our replacement options, listening to what we dislikes about the old unit and recommending a unit that overcame the deficiencies of the old unit. He then replaced the thermostat and noted and gave us a senior discount without our asking.
Technician was on time and able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. He checked my unit. The technician was knowledgeable and very courteous. Excellent service and pricing. I highly recommend them.

****, the technician, was prompt and professional. He asked what the previous technician from another company had done and why he was convinced that the problem was with the circuitboard. Even though Spoors brought a replacement circuit board with them, their office worked with the manufacturer to ensure my nine-year-old system was under warranty, which ended up saving me $600. **** from Spoors quickly diagnosed the problem that a simple cleaning of a small duct resolved.
