Quick, Clean and professional. The dealership was very clean, They had the CX-9 AWD I was looking for. It was all ready and clean when I came in. Did all the negotiating electronically so we were only in the dealership for a few hours (including test drive). Surprisingly it was pretty busy, but they got us thru in no time.
