My experience at Mazda is always good but Beth makes the experience truly exceptional. She has always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns. I have also observed her do the same for all the Mazda customers. You can tell she has a passion for helping people and makes the Mazda experience smooth and less stressful when buying a new car. Service center: Very helpful, explains problems clearly. Clear bills and broken down clearly. Hours great. Jay is extremely helpful. Nice to have coffee and snack since I usually do not have a chance to eat prior to going.
